DANNO FEATURE APRIL 3RD ONLY

For the Danny Phantom's 20th anniversary, we at the Ghost Speak Font and Language project have decided to include four special character sets in the PNG generator.

Only on April 3rd.

We’re working on a spoken form!

Hi everyone! By this point you all know the glyphs from A Glitch In Time. There is a team of us (running this blog and beyond) who have recently started creating a spoken form of the language, as well as a phonetic version, because we think it would be really cool!

Here’s a codex for the ancient ghost language used in A GLITCH IN TIME! Not necessary for understanding the story, but could make for a fun

I'm super excited to share this project (though it's in beta stage) The first part is a font family based off of the glitch in time ghost speak codex.

The second part is PNG Image Generator that can copy the GIT font to the system clipboard as PNG, download it as PNG, and copy an HTML template to paste into AO3. If you are unsure how to embed images into AO3, please consult this tutorial on the topic.

I would like to expand on this, thinking of adding more styles like different areas of the zone having different styles of fonts And maybe the ancients had their own variation? Please let me know what you all think.

Hi, I noticed a common question in some reblogs.

As long as the tool is used correctly, the screen readers will be able to read the image text.

I'll give an example.

For instance, I just generated and downloaded this image for this example.

Then I used the copy template button to generate the HTML5 tag that's to be inserted into AO3's HTML editor.

Mind you, the url of where this template has to live hasn't been inputed in the example.

The screen reader will read the word "test" in this example. But you could make it read out a whole sentence, paragraph even.

Hope this clears some things up.
