GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
looks like someone’s been a horrible big sis & bh6 castmate . . .
"Okay, let's see how fast you can run!"
“What!? Is it really that late?” Exasperated was the exclamation to split his lips, undergone a slight crack of the voice in his haste to utter them. Upon his phone his eyes fell, the dialog clock reading back to him a scant six minutes until the movie tickets they’d procured would come by their use.
“H-hey, Gogo! Wait up–!” Already off and running as usual, Hiro knew better than to neglect the merit of Gogo’s infinite knowledge of shortcuts which smattered the city. So hastily were nuts and bolts abandoned in favor of following in the elder girl’s footsteps. It would be no time at all before strained lungs were heaving their exhaustion, and a light sheen of sweat to blossom beneath ebony locks. But hey, it wasn’t every day that Hiro could remember keeping such pleasurable company.
So did his pace slow as they neared their destination, against the glow of the neon signs crowning the theater several figures swimming into view. And, as he sought to regain his breath, he endured the stiffly routine and robotic scrutiny of his cardio routine, the teasing ruffle of dark hair from a figure both hat’d and sweater’d, the enthusiastic trailer recap provided by the one and only Fredzilla– and even the flash of a camera which documented the group’s weekly hangout session.
Yeah…it wasn’t every day they could all be together like this. So it was time to make the most of it.
"you left your gum on my lab table. again."
How fitting that she would be chewing gum – lest blowing a huge bubble – as Hiro chastises her about her rather…“un-ladylike” habit. She bit down on her bubble then, popping it.
❝ Relax, ❞ she said, ❝ It’s not like I broke anything. Besides, everyone else is used to my habit by now –and it’s about time you get used to it, too. ❞
SLAMS THIS DOWN SO FAST– Name: Gogo Tomago Age: 22 Position applying for: Challenger / Ticket Buddy Favorite Game: Racing games. Whether their your standard game where you sit down and steer a wheel, or the (better) games where you hop onto an actual motorcycle and steer it around on the screen. Prior work experience: While I haven’t had a job, I’ve been studying mechanics and engineering at The San Fransokyo Institute of Technology for the past 4 years prior to coming her. I’m specializing in motorbikes, crafting the fastest kinds. Why do you want this position: Your racing game. It’s the closet thing to a motorbike. The scientists took away my motorbike. I want a motorbike. (PROFESSIONAL ANSWER: She would loved to be paid by supervising and playing video games.) Other: If something glitches, chances are I’d be able to fix it. Also, I can function as both a Challenger and a Ticket Buddy if you’re tight on staff. …As long as I get paid in gum for working double shifts. Should she leave out the bit where she doesn’t work well with kids? Yeah, probably.
“Our team is full of special people, huh. DK’s game is still busted if you want to start fixing it up, if not I’ll check it later. As for the gum, I’ll bring extra with me so you don’t lose your screw or whatever. You’re in for both positions if that’s what you really want.”
Welcome to the staff, Gogo! You’re set to work in the afternoon starting Monday. Get your challenge on and try to look as amused as possible at the ticket booth. Don’t forget to follow the arcade’s page here for updates and specials we’ll be having in the future!
START!
Find yourself bored with life? Tired of going to work when you could better spend it playing a fantasy world as a hero? Great! We feel the same way. Take a stop on by Neonlis, a chill, awesomely cool arcade where gaming never ends and become who you want to be, rather than who you have to be. **We don’t give refunds to people who get too into their new lifestyle and ruin it completely.

“Aaaaaaaaalriiiiiiiight! Looks like we’ve got at least two out of six of the gang here! Or, one-third. Math, am I right?” He strolled right up to the girl, a wide grin on his features. Honestly, he was glad to see her, despite the fact that it was, y’know, a not-that-great situation. But it was still interesting at least.
“I’m really glad you’re here, Gogo. I was starting to think that I was gonna be the only one! I mean, I’ve only been here for like half an hour but this place is huge!”
“Looks like someone’s been doing his homework,” she said, grinning. Despite her biting sarcasm, she was just as relieved (dare she say even a bit happy?) to find the squad’s resident comic relief. “Though you’ll have to tack on Honey and Hiro, too -- so make that two-thirds.” As to their current whereabouts, however, she wouldn’t know. The giddiness within her friend’s voice was enough to take her mind away from Hiro’s current situation and Honey’s...well. Honey’s hobby that she had just nimbly escaped.
“I’m guessing you want to go and explore, right? Well, as long as you don’t take me to another mall, I’ll be fine.” It was honestly beyond Gogo as to how anyone could stomach so many hours in the same claustrophobic space, let alone an area filled with pink frills and pastel patterns.

matters of the heart so u can confess 2 me
1. Who was your first crush?
Oh God, no. No, no, no, NO. This was not happening — this was so not happening. While Honey was her most trusted friend (if not the only friend she had that was also a girl) this question was just off limits — for anyone! Her mother would always pry about her love life (which was, granted, nonexistent), and even her own father would take a playful crack at the dinner table and join in on the fun with her mom, but they never managed to pry anything out from her. Until now, that is.
The blonde waited for an answer with stars in her eyes, her hands clenched and placed to her chest in hopeful bliss. Gogo had to tell her something, anything, to make her satisfied. Honey was stubborn about these kind of things; and maybe she was just dying for some girl talk? True, they were the only two girls in their class; not a lot of girls really tried out for the science and engineering careers. But…didn’t she do this kind of stuff with other girls? Like, outside of school? No, Gogo. Keep your cool, steady your mind. She took a deep breath, eyes lowering. She averted to the ground below, not even daring to fall into the trap that was Honey loving expression.
❝ Okay, well. Do you remember orientation? There was…y’know. This person. ❞ Descriptions, Gogo. She would want descriptions. Think, think: what would be the most basic descriptor she could give without being too specific? With her teeth biting down on her lower lip, she pressed on. ❝ They were wearing this really cool jacket from a brand that’s really cool in the underground music world. B-But anyway. They just, I don’t know…looked really well put…together? They nudged me and said stuff to me while our President was talking and said that they were looking forward to working with me. Because. Because, like… ❞ Deep breaths, deep breaths, DEEP BREATHS— ❝ —Because we were gonna be in the same class. ❞ By that point, Gogo’s whole face was practically red when she shot her head up. She was frowning, putting on the toughest face she could muster amidst her flustered cheeks. And exactly why, again, was she telling this to Honey in the first place?
❝ B-But don’t you tell anyone — you hear!? Otherwise I’ll seriously have to smash all your vials. I’m dead serious!!! ❞ And with a huff, Gogo stormed out of the room with her back hunched and fists clenched at her sides. Oh God, she couldn’t believe she told her about … them.
"That is not my job."
“Aw… come on, Gogo! Just once, pretty please?!” She felt the negativity radiating off of her friend as she continued to pass capsules of chemical mixtures. It wasn’t usual she requested her friends for help but since the guys were out, Gogo was the only individual left to assist her. Moreover, her creation was almost complete with just a hint of Nitrogen, this bad boy will be up working and cranking. Sure, her colleague was probably a bit busy but it was for science! And the rules of science defeats all of the needs and concerns right now. “I’m thinking I make this advance volcano for the Professors at the annual San Fran. Science Expo. Listen, listen. I know volcanoes are super lame and for children but hear me out…”
While Honey continued to rapidly pour the mixtures into various flasks, and drop food coloring in some beakers, it was a wonder how she would have managed to finish her project by her self. “This is a huge opportunity for me, G. C’mon what do you say?”
Carefully placing all her supplies on the table, she faces her friend with hopeful eyes and pure joy being clearly expressed. “I just need you to assist me right now and…maybe, maybe tomorrow at my Expo.” Clapping her hands together, the blonde fluttered her eyes — mimicking the actions of a hungry dog.
