Knitting another pair of socks...

Ok I can't believe it, but I am knitting socks again. And - I've even ordered some more sock yarn 😱 I made a tiny mistake while working on the heel - but I think I made it work somehow 😜

Sock number 1 is finished! Yay! Still undecided if I enjoy knitting socks. It's just sooooo boring. Except the heel. But I guess it's also very convenient to knit while watching TV or thinking about all kinds of other stuff...So it's also quite relaxing in a way. Anyway, I hope I will finish the second sock this time. (I think you can find me first attempt of knitting socks a few years ago somewhere on this tumblr)

I hate knitting socks. Anyway, gonna give it another go with the Regia Pairfect Yarn by Schachenmayr...hope I will manage to knit both socks this time.

Easter preparations... Bought some yarn today for a new crochet project...

Finished another hat for a friend :) he wanted a hat with just one color and I used a smaller hook size for this one

Here is the finished hat. Love the pattern and it fits perfectly. Also, very happy with the yarn (Madelinetosh) I used - it's not itchy at all and keeps me warm :) I added a little lable I bought... Weird how a lable adds a certain something to a hat.

Started a new project - this time it's crochet. I usually prefer knitting...but this hat - pattern by boysandbunting - was just too cool. So, back at crocheting. I am using Madelinetosh Tosh DK in 3 colors.

I really want to try to keep my tumblr more updated in 2017. Even though I know I don’t have too many followers and some of my posts just have one <3, I like to look back on older posts and get reminded of the good old times ;)

So I will try to post at least once a week.

My little project for the Christmas holidays. Got the yarn when I was in iceland this year. It's a simple pattern but a lot of fun to knit!

The Christmas present for my sister - fingerless mitts, loosely based on the TV show The Outlander - she's a huge Fan of the books. Hope she'll like the mittens :)
