Growing my hair long and longer is intense on days, others just annoying. This morning, randomly after a wash and brush... And for that and so much more, I am greatful.

I suddenly find I'm pregnant. And later, I remember I'm 55. "I can't be fucking pregnant! I'm 55!" And run off to figure it out.

Today I applied for a remote AI Training position. Part of the assessment was to write a 5-ish sentence story about a neon green octopus with a PhD that can dance and what happened at FTX on 11/8/22. This is what I wrote:

"Dr. Cryptopus, it is almost midnight and I don't see a way around the inevitable," lamented Sam. "Would you give us a dance to lighten the mood?" 

"Aye" said Dr. Cryptopus, "Although we are long away from our Uni days in Glasgow, I will Sammy boy, I will treat you to a jig for old time sake. Dim the lights for us."

Sam, feeling a sudden burst of energy, jumped from his seat and sprinted to the switch. As he turned off the light, his oldest and dearest friend, started to glow a bright, neon green.

"How's this for you Sammy?" asked Dr. Cryptopus. "Feeling a wee bit better?"

Sam Bankman-Fried looked around his offices at FTX with an uplifted spirit and replied, "I can see the way."
