ίt was Doppioâs first mission on foreign ground, and he was admittedly nervous about it. Everyone around him spoke in a language he wasnât comfortable with, and even though he was the bossâ favourite, he couldnât help but feel a certain pressure put upon him. All his expenses were paid, he had a special telephone that only patched through a single line to the boss, and he had accommodation handled, as well as translation books. Heâd be fine, or at least, he hoped.
âis task was to investigate this yakuza organisation in Japan, and to obtain a document that only saw the hands of the head of the organisation and no one elseâs. But other than photos and rumours around town, heâd gotten no leads so far. Heâd spent too much of his time mulling over the matter that he hadnât noticed the robber approaching from behind him, knocking him over and ripping his phone from his hands before cackling and running of. Helpless to stop it, Doppio could only sigh, dusting off his clothes. How would he contact the boss now? He would want a status report by evening â he should count his lucky stars that he still had his wallet and passport with him.
âŹut first things first â he needed to buy essentials for his stay in Japan. A toothbrush and basic toiletries, food and water. Heâd barely gotten to the fruit section when there was a ringing noise, and while it was queer that he had heard such a noise, given how heâd had his phone stolen from him, and there was no one about. Still, why was there a ringing noise? He peered about, amber eyes flicking across the bananas. Odd, to think there was a public phone around hereâŚ
âicking the banana phone up, he held it to his ear, clearing his throat. âYes, itâs Doppio. Yes â I havenât found any leads yet, but thereâs this suspicious alleyway that Iâll check out tomorrow. Yes, Bossu â the room is completely safe. I checked for bugs earlier. Yes. Huh? Around meâŚ?â
Ćoppio whipped his head around, amber eyes noticing a tall, blond suited man just diagonally across from him, peering closely at a bell pepper. He didnât see anything off about him, but his boss merely told him to watch his surroundings and that heâd keep in contact. Deciding that he really didnât like being in the same area as this man, Doppio quickly picked up a bunch of bananas and made his way past the man to the other section, any section but the one with the man in it, but in his haste, he accidentally brushed against the otherâs sleeve. Summoning whatever knowledge of broken Japanese he could, he quickly mumbled, âIâm sorry, it wasnât intentional!â

One thing was certain. His Japanese was ATROCIOUS , which was a more than clear give away that he was no native to Morioh. Further more, the boy seemed to have been suffering from acute schizophrenia. Talking to himself, into fruits and what not.. Though at first he was ready to simply dismiss the young man, as well as his c l e a r l y unstable mentality, he hadnât expected to be approached, nor bumped into. Attempting to keep his Japanese as simplified as possible, he spoke slowly, and CLEARLY. There was always the possibility he could probe for some answers or information, if he asked the right questions.Â
â Itâs quite alright. Are you okay? You seem lost, and a bit more than confused. âÂ
To attempt to seem completely enthralled by the conversation, the blonde turns, only slightly, and places down the bell pepper to itâs previous position. Kira made sure each of his movements were slow, and concise, so as not to inadvertently intimidate his company.Â
â You arenât from around here are you? âÂ
