(Hanyatta Week - First Time) The Meeting

“Greetings omnic.” A voice says behind me. I turn to meet the eyes of a man wth a dragon tattoo on his arm. I study him, trying to find out who he was and honestly, I was stumped.

“Greetings traveler!” I say joyfully, his stone cold face didn’t change, I guess he was angry but, at what? I went to go ask but he hugged me. I stiffened up, why in the world would he be hugging me?? Is it because he feels bad for being rude? Is he going to hu-.

“Thank you for saving my brother.”

“Your brother…so you must be Hanzo.” We pull away and he still has a stern look but it’s a little less angry. We look at each other for a while before I say my name.

“I’m Zenyatta by the way, no need to call me omnic anymore.” I say, chuckling as I put my hand out for which he reaches out to shake. He had a nice grip on my hand, speaking of his hands, they were quite small. I push away the thought as we let go and just stand there.

“Well Zenyatta, it was nice to finally meet you, maybe one day I could join in your teachings.” He looked, calmer and more happy. Maybe he felt safe around me?

“Of course! I would love to teach you, maybe this afternoon? Me and Genji are meditating by the waterfall!!” I say happily as he chuckles a little, which makes me jump a little. Didn’t think I could get a laugh out of him!

“I would love to join you and my brother.” He places his hand on my shoulder and smiles chuckling more. He removes his hand from my shoulder and walks away, happier and hopeful then before he walked up to me.

“Oh boy…I think I’m going to like him..“I say smiling as I watch him leave.
