When I find myself comparing to others I find these tips helpful: 1. Stop thinking I'll be happy when... because even when I get there I'll just aim for something else, and having that mindset means happiness will always be out of reach.  2. Be grateful for everything that I have instead of simply focusing on what I don't have. 3. Stop envying others' achievements when I haven't put in the same amount of effort or gone through the same process. Instead I will use those feelings as a roadmap for where I want to go, and double down on my efforts.  4. We all have different strengths. I'm likely comparing an aspect of myself to someone who has a particular strength, so I will use it as inspiration and seek to learn from them. What are your best tips for dealing with comparison?
