🍗🍯 honey garlic chicken with sautéed french beans 🍯🍗

Ingredients: * chicken breast cut into cubes * french beans * garlic * olive oil * raw honey * light soy sauce * kosher salt * ground black pepper * cayenne pepper

For the sautéed french beans: * in a hot pan, drizzle some olive oil and sauté the garlic with the french beans. Season with salt and pepper. If you want a little kick, add a dash of cayenne pepper. Make sure not to overcook the beans ‘cause it’s better with a little crunch when you eat it.

🍗🍯 For the honey garlic chicken: * in a hot pan, drizzle a good amount of olive oil and sauté the garlic. Add the chicken breast 'til half-cooked then add the light soy sauce & honey. Season with salt, black pepper & cayenne pepper.

FACTS about BEANS: * they also contain important colorful pigments like carotenoids. (lutein, beta-carotene, violaxanthin, and neoxanthin in green beans)

* Green beans may be a particularly helpful food for providing us with the mineral silicon. This mineral—while less well known than minerals like calcium and magnesium—is very important for bone health and for healthy formation of connective tissue.

* have an impressive antioxidant capacity

* contains omega-3 fatty acid (it is good for your heart)

Flour-less Pancakes

So here’s a healthier version of pancakes you can make for your health conscious friends and family members! It’s easy as weezy!

What you need:

2 organic brown eggs

2 small bananas

ground cinnamon

Olive oil/coconut oil

honey/maple syrup

fresh fruits/dark chocolate chips

In a bowl, start from mashing the bananas by a fork (or if you want it really mashed just put the bananas in the food processor). Crack the eggs and add a dash of cinnamon and mix ‘em all up together.

In a hot pan, drizzle a good amount of olive oil and make sure it covers the whole pan. I suggest you make small pancakes because it is hard to flip over ‘cause it’s soft.

* You can add some more fresh fruits on top and drizzle honey or maple syrup! If you want chocolates, you can always add some dark chocolate chips in the pancake batter.

Spinach & basil pesto dip

Ingredients: • garlic • 1 cup spinach • 1 cup basil • kosher salt • black pepper • olive oil • walnuts • grated parmesan cheese

Just put all the ingredients in a food processor until everything turns into paste.

In a hot saucepan, put some olive oil and some more minced garlic, add the paste immediately (you don’t have to brown the garlic). Add salt and pepper to taste. Lastly, add the grated parmesan cheese. Viola! Enjoy!!

chicken tortilla

INGREDIENTS: • chicken breast • tortilla • lettuce • onions • olive oil • grated cheddar cheese • almond milk • cayenne pepper • salt & pepper

PROCEDURE: • in a bowl put the chicken breast and seasoned with salt, ground black pepper & cayenne pepper then put it in the fridge for 5 minutes • sauté the onions (you can also add other veggies of your choice) • pre-heat the pan/grill with olive oil and cook the chicken breast. • slice the chicken breast, assemble your tortilla the way you like it and wrap it all up. (mine’s: lettuce, onions, chicken breast & cheese) • put ‘em in the oven for 2-3 minutes. depends on how you want it

for the cheese sauce: • in a saucepan, pour at least a half cup of almond milk and let it boil. put a ¼ cup of the cheese and stir until it thickens. if it doesn’t, mix a teaspoon of cornstarch with water and put it in your cheese sauce. keep stirring 'til it thickens! add a pinch of kosher salt, ground black pepper & cayenne pepper for a little kick!
