Bad news first: Emotionally, the last few weeks have been an absolute rollercoaster of emotions and I kind of crashed hard enough that doing anything more creative than building greenhouses in Sims was...exhausting. It's looking like the next few weels are going to continue being a little turbulent in that regard.
Good news:
I've been binging Ghosts (BBC), and it's gotten some of those creative juices flowing again. I also reread some of the character stuff I scribbled down for Helios a while ago and I want to write those. It's not the main story, but it's something.
I am also thinking about putting up the demo for Vampire in the next couple of weels despite not being totally happy with a lot of the background code.
In personal good news: I finally got a prescription both for anxiety and for testosterone. As...honestly, as freaked out as that has made me, I'm looking forward to coming out the other end of this and learning how to give myself grace for feeling negative things about positive things.
Got to my destination safely and am now also the proud owner of three new books. Gonna be spending this week relaxing and recovering, and maybe revisiting my childhood by rereading The Wizard's Map.
Fun fact: Cedar Oak isn't fanfic of The Wizard's Map by any stretch of the imagination, but it was inspired both by that book and the small town one of my sets of grandparents lived in.

One of the scourges of Prince Klein, she was the one of the pair of siblings that wanted to join the Camarilla along with the other Lasombra turncoats. The complete opposite of her "sibling", she's stern, serious, and someone who believes the traditions of the Camarilla are the only thing keeping kindred in check, and she will do everything she can to uphold and make sure others uphold these traditions. The Special Agent in charge of the task force of the FBI: Special Affairs Department that have come to Summerview. They were the mastermind that drove out the "blank body menance" in the other neighboring cities at least a decade ago, it seemed that they retired with grace after accomplishing a monumentous task.
