For those who are painfully aware of how and/or why their mental health affects them, but has difficulties or is unable to make the changes to manage or overcome them despite trying.

It's like viewing yourself from beyond the 4th wall in the same way one would be able to analyze and understand a character's struggles. Being both witnessing the effects of one's mental health like an outsider and experiencing it at the same time. You see beyond what your mind is trying to tell you. Being both rational and irrational.

I made this due to my own experiences.
