Head in the Clouds is a Fanzine that centers around Oboro Shirakumo and explores his character. 

We are a 50/50 zine with 50% going to contributors and 50% going to the charity All for Lunch | Lunch for All to help fight children’s school lunch debt! You can learn more about them HERE!

I want to apply as a writer but I've never actually applied to a zine before. Is it okay to ask what you are looking for in a writing portfolio and is there any specific format its supposed to be in?

What we are looking for in a writing portfolio is how well you write in character, use of language, how you describe situations/scenes, as well as overall writing style. I hope this helps when deciding what to include in your portfolio! We can’t wait to see your application!
