Instead of a single flower as she'd given to most thus far, to Leonora Cuore took out a small Daisy Chain from her basket, giggling as she spoke. "I finally made one right Leonora! It's for you!"

“Oh!  How lovely, thank you so much, Cuore!”  She takes the daisy chain from her carefully, admiring her handiwork, “Yes, you did a wonderful job on this, you’ve improved a lot!”

{ Cuore }:

“Yes please-” Longer stems- that seemed easy enough. Like Leonora she began picking flowers with longer stems, collecting a bunch then glancing up at Leonora again.

“-it would be very helpful!”

“All right, I think just a simple daisy chain will be fine for this...”  She considered braiding the flowers together, but that might be a bit too complex for Cuore, so that would probably be for another time.

“We’re just going to take two flowers and tie the end of the stem of one around the stem of the other, okay?”  Leonora showed her this rather slowly so that Cuore could observe or follow along if she so chose, “Now just push the knotted part up gently before tightening it...and that’s about it, you just need to be very gentle, and flowers with longer stems that are flexible are best for this.  Do you need me to show you again?”

{ Lady Rydia }:

“I’m afraid I’m not, Lady Leonora”  They didn’t have much in the way of human manners in the land below, but Rydia knew when to speak with proper respect “But I should probably blame my poor choice of clothing as well.”

“Oh, a warm cup of tea sounds wonderful, my lady. While I can hardly find any charm in snow I can imagine how pleasant it can be to share a warm moment with a book or even a friend. Still… I’m looking forward a warmer season anyway.”

"O-oh, well maybe a cowl would help keep you warmer, I’m afraid I don’t have one on me right now though...I’m a little amazed that you can tolerate the cold so well,” Leonora felt her face warm slightly from Rydia also addressing her formally, it was rather flattering, the Summoner was truly one to be respected and look up to.

“Well, I think it looks nice glistening in the sun at least, and it makes children happy, I think those are things to at least appreciate it for.  I much prefer the warmer months too though, spring is my favorite, I like to see Troia in bloom, it’s a wonderful sight,” she couldn’t help but smile as she spoke then, the flora of her home was really one of her favorite things.

{ Lady Rydia }:

“I tend to forget how cold winters can be in the human world…”

“Ah, are you not a very big fan of the cold either, Lady Rydia?”  It had be dreadfully cold this winter, but the winters of Troia probably weren’t as bad as they could be in some places, although there were their own fair share of snow storms, being so close to water.

“Tea is always nice when it’s cold though, and the snow is really pretty at least.  So I guess it’s not all bad...”

{ Cuore }:

We- 

“You’ll help?”

Excited giggling, eyes closed with her happy grin. “Then let’s go! I’ll show you to the flowers I used!” A few steps backwards, turning and running back to the flower patch. Bare feet exposed just a few moments before her silken dress fell to the ground again, once again sinking to her knees in the flowers. 

“These ones!”

Cuore’s giggling was certainly contagious, Leonora lifted the long skirt of her robes so she could follow after the girl more quickly.  The flowers were a bit smaller in size, but that was no problem for a necklace, larger flowers wouldn’t be as comfortable to wear.  Leonora sat herself down, smoothing out her skirt, where to start...

“These are very cute, a fine choice.  Now let’s see...flowers with longer stems are probably the best choice for a necklace,” she pulls up her long sleeves to start picking a couple of flowers, taking care to get the majority of the stem so there would be plenty to work with, “Do you want me to go over how to tie the flowers together with you again, Cuore?”

{ Cuore }:

“Do you think so?” A success then! A proud grin on the child’s face. Arms crossed before her chest, grinning widely. She wasn’t too surprised though, Troia’s flowers were amazing and one could hardly go wrong with them. Even with her messy work, it was hard to make it look bad.

“Thank you Lady Leonora!”

The young woman nodded, very happy to see how pleased Cuore looked, “Of course, it looks lovely, and I’m sure you’ll get even better, no need to thank me.”  Seeing the small joys of a child was a wonderful thing, especially from the small Maenad, she had been so much different when she first saw her on the Creator’s Moon.

“Ah, maybe we should make a necklace to go along with your flower crown, I think that would look very pretty!”
