JROM (Joint Range of Motion) for the Vertebrae
This technique improves translation and gliding motions of the vertebrae, provides the therapist tactile feedback regarding the spinal motion and helps locate areas of tension or sensitivity. It also relieves tension around vertebral joints and muscles. The therapist is Chris Grider, CMT.
