21-15-9 Burpies, air squat, push-ups, sit-ups, jumping lunges. 21 reps of each exercise, then 15, then 9! Have fun!!!
The fruit in my morning shake has carbohydrates is this ok?
As long as its not filled with fruit. A little fruit is ok. I put a banana in with my vegetable smoothie just for flavor. Keep the fruit to a minimum because remember.... It's filled with sugar!

Exercise tips!
Getting in a workout in the morning first thing is a great way to jump start your metabolism for the day so it can burn lots more fat throughout the day! Be sure to have a breakfast loaded with protein and not carbs to help your body run on fat instead of carbs!

Monday March 25, 2013: 10 Dumbbell bent over row, 20 push-ups, 30 sit-ups: * 12 minutes do as many sets as possible in the allotted time! After 5 sets of 30 second sprints all out. Rest 1 minute between sets! Have fun!!!

Friday March 15, 2013: 4 rounds for time: 15 back squats 95lbs, 20 push-ups, 25 sit-ups! Scale the back squats accordingly!!!! Have fun!!!!!!
It sounds like the workout went pretty good for Tater! He did 4 rounds and finished in 24 minutes. About threw up but thats ok! It's a type of workout that won't leave you too sore the next day! Day 2: Wednesday March 13, 2013: Bench Press: 1-10-1-20-1-30 INSTRUCTIONS: Do 1 rep max bench. Then lighten up the weight to where you can do 10 reps after you have recovered. Then go back and do a max bench press 1 rep again which will be a little lighter weight then the first. After lighten the load and do 20 reps. Go back and do one more max bench with a little lighter max then the second and then finish up with 30 reps after you have recovered. Tabata Sprints: 8 rounds of tabata sprints. *20 second sprint 100% with 10 second break! Repeat 8 times! HAVE FUN!
