it’s so difficult to feel loved and cared for and yet still drown in this slump at 3am feeling hopeless about life and my relationships.

i’ve been feeling suicidal for some time now and i can’t differentiate between passive and active ideation. i also feel stuck with this feeling of not being able to tell anyone how i feel cus everyone thinks im doing a lot better. and i am, i really am and life has meaning but i struggle with envisioning a future. i’m scared of feeling this way. i feel like i truly can’t open up to anyone cus i don’t want to worry anyone. i don’t know what to do i know i should just sleep and it will feel better tomorrow.
