What you will need for this to work properly:

Every expansion, stuff pack, and game pack. If not, some items may be deleted, and your sims may be bald and naked. 

You can still play it if you don’t have every pack, you’ll just have to change your sims outfits if they’re nekkid.

I’ve tried not to be too heavy with the packs, though.

You don’t need any mods or CC to play this save file.

How to install these worlds:

Download this zip file (no ad.fly, it’s free)

Right click on the downloaded folder and click ‘extract here’

Take the files out of the folder and place the files in this path: < Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\saves >

Start up your game and it should be ready to play!

This is the first release, so if you have any issues with the worlds please do let me know so I can fix them and update the file! <3

SHADY GROVE MOTEL & DINERBAR - a lot by amoebae

Once a thriving motel, the Shady Grove was abandoned overnight. No one knows why. Having passed through the hands of a series of owners, the Shady Grove has fallen into disrepair. Recently, however, a mysterious benefactor has bought the property and opened part of it as a supernatural dinerbar. The rest remains as if frozen in time.

Made for Slipshod Mesquite in Oasis Springs, this is a 40x30 lot. It’s currently set as a bar, but has all you need to use it as a diner. 

The abandoned motel section was built for set dressing and story-telling, so I can’t guarantee it will work adequately if you move any sims in. There’s more information in the included ReadMe file.
