"Huh?’ Harriet snorted as she woke up on Darcy’s chest, "How long was I out?" The last thing she remembered was watching reruns of Friends with him after school.

Darcy nodded, slowly shifting them up into a seated position. “How about I walk you home? It’s cold out and getting pretty dark.” Even if he wasn’t the most buff dude in the world, a college boy walking a high school girl home offered her some protection.

"If that’s not too much of a bother for you." she replied, looking over at him and laid back on the couch casually. Harriet was still a little bit sluggish due to the fact that she woke up from one of the more restful sleeps she had in weeks.

"Never a problem." Sure he had things to work on, but making sure she was safe was much much more important. "Do you want to eat or anything before you head home?" Harriet was like another little sister to him, and he he wanted to take care of her best he could.

Merry Christmas. I saw this the other day and I knew that it would be the perfect gift for you. I am more than happy to have you in my life and I wouldn´t want to miss a single second that I have spent with you, whether it was the good or the bad times. Glinda nudged his shoulder. “I think we all know who your favorite is.”

He just kept breathing. “Just a few more hours…”

She squeezed his arm, jumping a bit. “Less than a few! A couple and a half!”
