I get a lot of asks about the fact that I chose to write Igor with a bit more edge than came off in the movie. Like in COAHMIKYWM he occasionally gives as good as he gets with Ani, and I chose to do that purely bc of this:

”igor is doing his best to keep his cool.” which to me definitely implies that he has a bit of a temper, confirmed also with this:

so early on in the script we learn that a) igor is this attack dog sort of and used to handle things with violence. and b) he struggles with keeping his temper

also the dude had an attitude even in the movie

so based on these I chose to write igor the way i did!
