One of the truest things Bad Bunny depicted in his show last night was that kid sleeping on a bunch of chairs lined up while everyone else was partying around them.
You don't understand, that's my entire childhood right there. Parties always had a time to start and never had a set time to end. Sometimes my family was celebrating someone's birthday by having a barbecue and that shit started like 10 a.m., but we would only get home way past midnight.
I remember when my cousin turned 15, my uncle threw a huge party. There was a ceremony, she had those bigass dresses and everyone was wearing super fancy clothes. At the beginning. By two a.m. no one had shoes anymore, the tables had been cleared to open more space. The guy my uncle hired to play music had left because it was 2 fucking a.m. and the agreement was for him to work only until midnight, when the party was supposed to end. My father said "fuck this" and he honest to god became the DJ because no one wanted to leave and there was still so much food.
At some point, me and my youngest cousins (we were 9 and 6) just got tired of waiting and we lined up a bunch of chairs and just slept right there, in the middle of the party.
So yeah, Bad Bunny knew exactly what he was talking about. 😂
