Two Weeks That was how long it had been,….Two Weeks since her adventure in The Grid,and although happy,and relieved to finally have been able to home to her friends,family,and loved ones,including Lucario,Zola,and the other Pridelands Resistance Members, Noel had anything ,but forgotten the promise she had made to her friend Beck! It had taken much debate,on their leader Zola,Half-Human Half Superior Life form ally Lota,and Jedi Master Obi-wan Kenobi’s part,but soon after Noel had relayed her story to Lucario her friends about CLU,The Occupation,The Programs,and The Renegade,and the revolution it had been decided that despite current concerns regarding the Superior Life forms a.k.a The Legion of Elite species,Rosektan, The White Brigade, Clawmark’s army, and other enemies,that the Resistance would assist in Argon City’s Uprising, seeing how desperate it seemed that the entire system needed help from the users from the outside world,and since this Flynn person clearly wasn’t going to show up and help out with it anytime soon,and their own enemies had been awful quiet lately as long as they were able they might as well be the ones to step up,plus in Noel’s case she had become friends with and had given Beck her word,and as Lucario had agreed with her it was just plain impossible and unthinkable for her to be able to go back on it now! Noel also had suspected that it was her friends Shu’s,Anakin’s,and basically Everyone’s, especially Lucario’s usual stubbornness and refusal to take No for an answer,( Not that Noel was in the least a bit surprised of course, she knew Lucario wouldn’t stand for it the second he had heard about it,he and Beck both had seen and been through so much in both their Worlds they probably had become far too alike for their own good and likely were bound to finally bring their world’s together someday as for part of magic the great spirits,fate,and destiny’s plan for the universe to bring them together as she and Lucario and The Resistance all had.) That had brought their plans all up to fruition in the end,and for that as always despite some of her own doubts Noel was Grateful! However,in-spite of all this idealisim,she and the others had yet to do much acting on it,as they were still stuck in what their teammates Sui,Jiro,Kluke, and Barriss had dubbed as the “Analyze The Problem” Phase" ! (Though honestly Noel and many of the others just felt that each and every one of their teammates just made it all up as they went along,perhaps making them worthy of the title “Renegades” as well!) Which involved Kluke,Hermana ,Anakin, Ahsoka,Jann Tosh, and Jessica Meade (Who as expected were even more excited at the prospect of a Digital world then all the rest of them were put together!) Spending most of their time inside underneath the old arcade with the help of their friends Leon,Yuffie,Aerith,Merlin,and Cid who had introduced them to the office under the old arcade which appeared to be the center of most of Flynn’s unusual research, including some possibly related to the Superior Life forms (A.K.A. Legion of Elite species,Winged Creatures,Dragons,depending on whatever you chose to call them,but back to the main topic at hand!) Trying to figure out along with the help of two other people a couple named Alan and Lora Bradley how to figure out the system of the digitization Laser the device which they learned had sent Noel inside digital universe in the first place,in order to initiate the necessary concept of Travel between their two worlds! Noel had even sent her Digimon companions Gomanmon and Palmon down to the arcade with them being that they were also from a Digital universe as well they may be offer some input,despite them being simply creatures,Noel knew better than to think otherwise! However, again two weeks and the gang had yet made little if any amount of progress however, of course they had all refused to Give Up! Of course with Kluke,Hermana, Anakin, Ahsoka,Jann ,and Jess all doing their job that left Lucario,Noel and the other resistance members to go about their lives as usual (As Normal a routime as they could get for the sort of life that which they all led!) ,And that included Noel’s Conservation job of course,Which strangely enough she currently had time off from, (Not that she had spent much time there for a long while since joining the Resistance at 10 years old another way she and Lucario could relate to Beck in that aspect! ) While the other Resistance Members had their own tasks some of course involving daily chores,Which unfortunately recently was dominated by laundry and let Noel tell you exactly the reason Why! In the following days when Noel had returned home, In the house where the Resistance members all stayed and Lived together most of the time,their “Home Base” they supposed they should call it, the washing machine and dryer had both mysteriously broken down simultaneously at the same time! , (And none of them wanted to bother their friends,neighbors or loved ones!) Leaving the Resistance Members with few options regarding cleaning their clothing, and as a result BOY did they end up accumulating a lot of laundry! Zola had of course assured them all that it wouldn’t be a problem for long and called the nearest repairman who stated he’d be out within the day,Again that had also been two weeks ago, and despite numerous never-ending phone calls and many of Anakin’s infamous signature death threats a repairman still hadn’t shown up! ,Perhaps they had been multicultural and had a hard time getting their words across. Needless to say none of them had been exactly smelling minty fresh lately! In fact most of the Resistance Members clothes had began smelling Downright Rank! Everyone around them had all started giving out hints,..they even began pointing it out to each other! Lucario had finally reached his breaking point when he had caught a wiff of Noel’s dirty socks and nearly gagged,and all had finally decided that enough was enough and if a repairman couldn’t come by,there was only one True and final option ,and that meant a trip to the nearest laundromat! And with the Resistance Members each handling different tasks the job had fallen this time to Noel and her beloved Aura Guardian,friend,Teammate,and Resistance Hero Lucario! So as Noel awoke that morning in her two-story bedroom apartment given to her by Nala,next door to Cameron Palace where Lucario lived,muttering to herself complaining as she finished getting ready and heading downstairs bearing two laundry bags she had gatherd from the resistance’s house the night before, preparing to go and meet her best friend “Awwww Gee It’s supposed to be my Day off so how did Lucario and I end up getting sent on an errand”!? She didn’t even bother reminding herself of why, expecting yet another dull and boring day almost wishing she,Lucario and the others had a mission or something in order to save them from the tortures of laundry duty when she noticed something she hadn’t expected to see that morning and so soon! Her apartment door was open and there was her program friend Beck lying there passed out unconscious in the middle of her floor thankfully appearing to be still breathing.Once Noel rubbed both her eyes to be assured she wasn’t dreaming she immediately rushed foward dropping the laundry bags which she had been carrying and knelt down beside him checking his pulse circuit near his neck and finding it to be stable she then set about attempting to wake him up when she shook him several times calling out his name and failing she then turned and headed toward the kitchen and her last resort and hoping and praying this wouldn’t end up with his circuits being fried “Lord forgive Me!”,(She still didn’t know all that much about a program’s physiology despite the amount of time she had spent on the grid nor how they’d end up feeling after being wet,despite that sea of simulation inside there that she saw!) Filling a clean mop Bucket up with Ice-cold water and dumping it on him shouting desperately, “BECK COME ON,….. WAKE UP”! Before exhaustedly collapsing back down on her knees next to him and panting hoping and praying for the best result. //Note: See The Kingdom Hearts/Final Fantasy and other Tron characters I snuck in there Pretty cool huh!? :) :D I figured if Leon could help with Sora with finding that computer system of Ansem in Kingdom Hearts II he could do the same for the Resistance,…Anyway you get my drift LOL! :) :D.//.
