Verse: Born of Both Worlds

Elder Scrolls Verse

Seiran has spent a fair amount of time in the realms of Skyrim and Cyrodiil, because she has a parent who is a native of both. Her mother was an Imperial battlemage in the Legion, and her Nord father is a thane of one of the nine keeps.

The two met at a banquet, her father made a remark about the Legion being all flash, her mother challenged him to a duel. Though he yielded, while he was pinned to the wall and very possibly facing death, Draco proposed right then and there to the warrior woman. About a year later, Seiran was born.

In general, the family shifted their location based on the seasons. When the seasons in Skyrim became too cold or unforgiving, they would visit Cyrodiil. While there, her parents met a pair of Wild Elf siblings. Both joined-one as her guardian and tutor and one as her governess-the unorthodox household that by then featured a Nord Thane, an Imperial Battlemage, Seiran’s elder half siblings by a Red Guard woman, and their mother.

Their household became a subject of quite a bit of gossip.

Seiran is a young woman now and she follows in her mother’s footsteps, excelling with magic and gaining prowess as a warrior. Because of her petite stature, she favors light armor and one handed weapons. Due to the her upbringing and household, Seiran tries to be open minded and diplomatic. However, if there is one thing she has grown to despise, it is intolerance.

Modern Verse

Seiran’s family is not huge or grand, but they do have a reputation, none as renown like one of the big seven. Their business is information: The Silver Ferret was a newspaper before technology went on the rise. Since then, they’ve expanded to include an online source of their articles as well. In fact, they’ve learned to use the traffic on the articles online to gage what written pieces should wind up in the printed documents to produce the most sales. They want to deliver news-but they don’t receive quite enough donations to disregard sales.

Seiran’s father Draco, while company owner, also travels around the world constantly as an investigative reporter. Thus she’s left in the care of Tobias and Daphne more often than not.

Seiran is a young woman who could be described as a social butterfly and party girl. Her primary passion is photography, as featured on a small website, though she has continued her studies in journalism, writing, and graphic design.

Seiran’s website is an interesting online photo gallery, to say the least. All of the photography is her own, be it landscapes, random angles of ordinary things she found eye catching, shots of the night sky, or amateur modeling and self portraits.

That said, the unabashed girl is less then shy, and each month she posts an album that can’t be accessed without verifying one’s age and paying a small fee per gallery-these contain assorted tasteful nudes, frequently with holiday themes.
