📝Edit your Greeting - Edit the greeting text on your profile by tapping your profile picture and tapping the pencil next to ‘Write a greeting!’ or your current greeting message. (Note: Actually changing the greeting is not required, only opening the edit box.)
👤 Set selected member as your profile picture - Change your profile picture by tapping ‘Manage Cards’ (the card icon), then selecting the card you wish to make your display picture. Tap the image, tap ‘download\current card’ to download, then tap the circle in the top right corner between the trash can and the 4 squares.
👕 Change a Styling Item (x) or more times - Change a styling item for the selected member by tapping ‘Styling’ (the coat-hanger icon), then swipe to the member and pick as many new items of clothing as required, then SAVE
👖 Share a Styling photo 1 time - Tap ‘Styling’ (the coat-hanger icon), then swipe to the selected member and press the button in the bottom left. Press the button above the camera button to Share a photo. (Note: Actually sharing the photo is NOT required, once you have pressed the button, the challenge should be completed, even if you back out of sharing)
✨ Clear ANOTHER STORY mission(s) - Pass any mission in the ANOTHER STORY tab for the selected member (recieve 1 or more star(s)). Repeating levels that have already been completed is acceptable.
⏳ Collect Member Card - Collect any new/duplicate card of the selected member by using Draw Tickets or collecting Puzzle Pieces from Another Story Missions.
🎴 Exchange Member Card - Exchange any duplicate card of the selected member by tapping ‘Manage Cards’ then selecting the duplicate card to exchange. (Gain duplicates easily from the Gold Card Draw.)
🏢 Assign member to Daily Schedule - In the ‘Agency’ tab, pick any Daily Schedule to assign the selected member to. (Note: Take notice of the time to complete, as some challenges require more than one schedule to be assigned in a day.)
🏪 Use Recuperation Item(s) - In the ‘Agency’ tab, tap the selected member to give them recuperation items (Note: If their bar is full, you may need to assign them to a schedule to give the gifts)
💕 Acquire 1 or more Affinity - Acquire 1 or more Affinity points (NOT LEVELS) with the selected member. See this guide for tips!
DON’T FORGET! Challenges will not register as Complete until you have collected the reward!!

this may be kinda odd but is there anyway to skip chapters that are just a video clip?? I would like to watch them but I'm playing on an older device so the app just crashes when I try to play them, and it kinda sucks bc I've been stuck on this video chapter for ages bc I can't actually get it to play
Aaah that’s so annoying! I don’t think it is possible to Skip a video level, but often I’ve found it lets me Pass even if there’s an error message and the video doesn’t play.
The only thing I can think of that might help is clearing data from previous levels (tap Downloads in the + menu on the main screen, press the red X next to the chapters you’ve completed.) This just frees up space, it doesn’t cause you to lose any progress in the game (but you will need to re-download this data if you want to replay any older levels). It really does depend on what exactly the issue is though, and I can’t be certain without more info.
If that doesn’t work I’d recommend visiting the official support site and clicking the ‘My Inquiry’ tab for official support. You just need to make an account (that doesn’t need to be attached to anything BTS World related, it’s just to access the replies when they get back to you!)
Make sure you include as much detail as possible about what happens when it crashes. Does the screen go black/white? Does the app close on it’s own or do you have to close it? Is there an error message/code? Does it happen on every video or just a specific video? What have you already tried to fix it (closing and opening the app, deleting downloaded data, etc)? Providing the details of your device (operating system/model) could possibly help too.

The Twitter sync issue seems to have been resolved, but I would definitely recommend backing up using multiple accounts just in case this becomes a problem again...
ALSO I have a new phone so hopefully I’ll be able to actually start updating this blog in the new year! (We’ll see.... help is always appreciated!)
As of the update on December 5th (possibly earlier) the Game Sync feature has been playing up.
If you rely on having your game synced to Twitter and Only Twitter, take measures to back up your account using a different system.
Note: It is unclear as to why this is happening and if this bug affects other types of syncing (I’ve only used Twitter and Google Play Games) but as a precaution we advise to sync to as many accounts as possible and minimise times you are logging out and in of accounts until the issue is resolved.

A lot of people seem to be having trouble with Daily Challenge Day 4 - Gain at Least 1 Affinity for the member.
Here’s a quick list of all the ways possible to gain affinity
Fill recuperation meter
This is probably the easiest way possible to gain ANY Affinity, but probably not the most efficient for levelling up. If you give a member in the Agency enough recuperation items (as of 1.1.0), they will gain +1💕 (which is indicated by a glowing red around the status bar as of 1.2.0). Play mission levels that give rewards for the member you need Affinity for to save up enough recuperation items to fill the bar!
Priority Schedules
Probably the first thing you think of when you need Affinity, but probably the least reliable... They appear randomly in the Agency and require all members to complete, and only appear for a short amount of time (usually 30min) before disappearing if not started. They give the same amount of Affinity to all members (the amount differing depending on how long the task takes to complete), and can be useful as a last resort or a pleasant surprise
Phone Interactions
Basically any text/phone/sns conversation you have with a single member that has multiple choice options, should get you an amount of affinity. Check back on old convos and see if you picked the best option - you might be able to squeeze some more Affinity out of the conversation if you haven’t! Also check your 3-5⭐ cards for extra Phone interactions that you haven’t completed!
