“You were gonna ask me out?” She asked eyes widening as she looked up at him. It all made sense as she looked at him. “I’m sorry.” She murmured she had put him through hell and back with everything with Jimmy. And she had no clue whatsoever.
“I was.” Henry let out a small laugh. “I got friend zoned. I understand.” He let a small smiled and let go of her hand. “You are all done.” The doctor spoke.

“Good, I have to apologize now that I might be too clingy.” Sean smiled happily and drank his beer. “When do you have time to see me again? Is there anything you want to ask me?” He said, resting his elbow on the table.
“Oh why is that? Not that I mind, I just wondered.” Henry smiled, taking a gulp of his beer. “Well I am free most of the time, because I am the boss so I can take time off when needed.” He smiled. “Tell me about yourself.”

Mel sighed, as she curled into her comfy bed, as she talked to her boyfriend on the phone, “a-are y-y-you sure y-you c-can’t c-c-come over b-babe?” she cried. she really needed him to come over, she was in pain all over, and her head was spinning, she was honestly scared to be alone.Â
Henry hated seeing her so upset. He wanted to be there for her when she needed him and right now she did. He smiled into the phone. “Of course I can baby girl, just stay calm and I shall be over soon?” He was already on his way, he left as soon as he picked up the phone and heard her crying.
Imaginging a horror movie and all the horrible things that went along with it wasn’t helping. With a whimper she pressed her face into his hand as best she could. “I’m a lovesick idiot.”
“Yeah a lovesick idiot for the wrong person.” He laughed. “You know I was going to ask you on a date but then you ran to me so happy that Jimmy asked you on a date, I decided to just leave it.” He kissed her head.
“Yeah, I got that.  You better not, honestly, I’ll murder you.  Remember whose dad taught her how to use a gun.”
“See that is why you are one scary person? A women should not know how to use one of those.”

Sean felt himself blushing again when felt the other’s hand on his leg. “Thanks, I think I’m going to be just fine and you seem like a great guy. We should definitely hang out more. I’d like to have a new party friend.” He said and moved his fringe out of his eyes, cursing slightly as the fringe fell back immediately, his hair was so annoying although he couldn’t cut his fringe anytime soon.
“Well thank you very much, you seem like a great guy too.” Henry spoke as he placed a hand on Sean’s hair and moved it out of his eyes with a smile. “Yeah it will be nice to have a new friend.” He took his hand away and took another sip of his drink, finishing it off and ordering another.
Alexandra let out a loud sigh as she made her way up the stairs, and started calling out. “Oh Henryyyy.” She drawled out over and over in a rather sadistic voice. “Come out come out where ever you are.”
Henry was trying not to laugh. He decided he would scare her so he got out from under the bed and hide behind the door. He shouted out. “I am in the bedroom, come get me if you can.”
The numbing had taken affect already she couldn’t really feel it. But seeing the needle period had her terrified. Nodding she squeezed his hand as they started. “Talk to me please.” She needed something to focus on besides the needle.
“You know I am never the one for conversation starters.” Henry laughed. “Well, I think this is like watching a horror film but worse because it is real.” He smirked. “How did you end up in this mess huh?”

“Well, if I hadn’t bumped into you, I would be here alone and whine about how sad my life is or something. I really mean it was an accident! My eyes were glued to my phone remember?“ Sean gave him a grin. “It’s nice to have company as I don’t have much friends and Gavin is so happy and it makes me quite jealous if I’m truly honest.”
“Yeah I thought you had actually glued your eyes to your phone, you were that focused.” Henry took a gulp of his beer. “I am so busy at the moment that it is nice to get out for a while.” Henry placed a hand on the boys leg and smiled. “I am sure you will find someone soon.”Â
How to be a parent? || charlie and henry
Charlie grianed louder like a lion making Maddie laugh. She rolled eyes hearing Henry’s comment. “at early hours like this, she is your goddaughter.” she said turning around. All she wanted was some more sleep and she was happy when Henry took Maddie downstairs. She was spread on the bed trying to sleep but she couldn’t. Tossing around for a few minutes made Charlie wake up for good. She came downstairs in pretty bad mood but seeing henry with maddie made her smile. “what are you doing monsters?” she smirked at both of them.
“I know where we are not wanted Maddie.” He smirked as he stood up, he grabbed Maddie and took her downstairs. “Let’s go grab some breakfast.” He went into the kitchen and put Maddie in the chair. He grabbed some cereal and got her a bowl of it. He sat down next to her and smiled when she spelt out his name with the letters. He saw Charlie come downstairs and he smiled. “We are making sentences out of cereal.” He laughed.

Sean nodded at him.“Yeah, I’d get married too but sadly I haven’t met the right person yet. I had a crush on my friend but he wanted to be just friends but I’m okay with it now. He’s happy with his wife as he got married last year.” Sean replied, finishing his first drink and ordered the second beer. “I haven’t dated anyone recently and my life is quite boring at the moment…expect today when I accidentally bumped into you.”
“Ah I am sorry to here about that. I know the feeling I have not found the right one for me yet. I have been with people who I think are the one for me and they turn out not to be.” Henry smiled as he finished up his drink as well, ordering another one, “Oh so I made you life less boring? How is that?” Henry smirked at the boy. “Are you sure you did it by accident?” He laughed.

Sean couldn’t help but blushing lightly as the other gave him a compliment about his looks. “Thank you…I wasn’t trying to impress you or anything.” He joked, sipping his beer, almost laughing at his own comment. “Work was fine today but more customers could have make it better, sometimes it’s a bit quiet in the record store.“
“Oh no, I did not expect you to. I just think you look nice is all.” Henry smiled at the boy and laughed. “My day was very different, we made the most sales we have the whole year. Everyone seems to want to get married.”

When Sean had finished eating, he put his favourite black skinny jeans on and a top on. He adored black colour after all. He quickly fixed his blonde hair before he was satisfied and put his leather jacket and boots on and read the address so he knew where to find Henry and went to the right place then. Soon he saw Henry and walked over to him. “Hey.” He greeted as he sat down next to the other man and ordered a beer for himself.
Henry took another sip of his beer when he saw Sean walk in. He smiled at the boy as he walked over. “Hello. You look very nice this evening if I may say so.” He smiled as he took another sip of his beer. “Have a good day at work?”
She gripped his hand in both of her’s whimpering. “I don’t like needles.” She whimpered looking up at him as the doctors prepped to stitch her up.
“Alright Miss O'Conner don’t move.”
“I know you don’t but you know it is for the best.” Henry smiled at her. “You can squeeze my hand as hard as you want okay?” They started to stitch her up.Â

Sean took Henry’s phone and added his number to his contact list. He also took a quick selfie so he could put it in there too. When he was finished, he gave the phone back for Henry. “Well I guess I’ll see you later, bye!” He said and continued walking towards his home to prepare for a dinner.
Henry went home, and grabbed a quick bite to eat. He decided to get changed out of his work clothes and put on a pair of jeans as well as a white v neck. He texted Sean the address and headed there himself. He ordered his drink when he arrived and waited.
When he threw him off of her, she let out an annoyed huff. “That isnt cool!” She yelled, jumping off and heading towards the sound of his voice. “Get back here!”
“No, I don’t think I shall.” He ran upstairs and towards the bedroom. He ran and hid under the bed and waited there to see what happens.”
