The Womenâs collection draws inspiration from the classic TAILORED ENGLISH look and offers a modern reinterpretation by exploring the masculine universe, sportswear, denim and timeless classics. A selection of iconic garments and items from the masculine wardrobe, such as blazers, shirts, chinos, uniforms, pinstripes and Highland plaid are transformed and softened with a feminine feel to create a simple and refined contemporary elegance, perfect for an every-day urban look or a relaxing weekend.
There is a significant presence of BLAZERS with a sporty allure and tailored finishing touches, either featuring classical unconstructed, or loose and unlined fits in plain summer-weight wool and pinstripes, to be teamed up with tapered trousers or with softer and more informal fits. The largest number of trousers in the range are CHINOS, which come in a regular fit and softer, more up-to-date versions with particular attention paid to detail. The variations boast numerous functions, from elegant loose wool to cotton material applications (including denim) and soft sportswear processes. SHIRTS draw inspiration from their masculine counterparts but ooze femininity thanks to soft volumes and the use of fine, light-weight fabrics such as cotton or silk muslin, plain and printed silk georgette and the classic poplin, though soft touch, plain and yarn-dyed. There is a focus on raised elements in the DENIM range (the current mood) which has been interpreted with a TAILORING approach for cleancut processes, finishings and soft materials. Apart from the new 5 Pockets, more feminine garments are also featured, such as a dress with loose lines and an informal yet elegant track suit. In terms of outerwear, we see the MAC, crafted with a âclean-cutâ and precise fit, using cotton poplin and an internal floral print, embellished with leather detail. The revisited parka is interpreted with soft and light-weight two-colour double wool, and boasts a tailored finish. POLOS have been reinterpreted and softened with flowing jersey, teamed up with silk or viscose crepe. Leather: light-weight NAPPA leather is used for this range of feminine garments including jackets, dresses, skirts and trousers.
The colour palette is made up of hues of blue, azure, beige and white, with touches of coral red and nude pink.
