Saw this and immediately made me think of PAINFUL BIRTH COMPLICATIONS. I love all 3 breech types and the face / brow must be so intense.

Shoulder and transverse would definitely be something in fantasy but that would make for an incredibly difficult and painful birth. I love this tbh ❤️

We decided on a homebirth long before I went overdue. But finally our baby is on its way. 10 long hours into labor, I find myself on our bed, leaning heavily on the birth ball in front of me. A towel and pad between my knees are there in case my water finally breaks. “Uuhhh..“ I groan, “here comes another contraction..”
