For the vast majority of my life, I walked around with blinders over my eyes, trying to follow a crooked path of darkness. After I found God in 2013, I quickly discovered that He is my light to the path!
I walk closely with God and we talk every day. One day, I asked him to reveal to me my purpose within His kingdom and this is what he showed me!
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." Matthew 11:28
Being a worship dancer requires a lot of spiritual strength and there is always warfare upon you. I've been in warrior mode for several months and it's started to wear me down. I spent several hours in prayer and the Lord spoke to me of Matthew 11:28. It's my time to rest. Instead of taking on the burden of having to ALWAYS be on the front line of worship and spiritual interception, I've granted God permission to heal anything that needs to be healed while I rest at His feet. In this time, He's given me visions of joyful dance with streamers. Imagine my excitement when I picked up my hand made streamer and danced freely with my Father! This wasn't about warfare worship anymore. It was about the heart of worship and the intimacy between myself and my Heavenly Father! Praise God for His awesome and faithful grace!
