Im trying to get into the habit of taking pictures when my skin is freaking out so I can Show the doctor but also I only ever take pictures of my arms and hands

Part of me is like hm I wonder if micro dosing a glp-1 would maybe help w inflammation? I might ask my doctor about it at some point bc there's a small chance it might help w my fibro?

It would have to be micro dosing or something tho bc I already have a history of disordered eating (yeah even tho I'm fat blah blah blah) sorry just thinking in text tbh
