is john wearing the same shirt in the video for Hey Jude that Paul is wearing in the video for Revolution?

probably, yes:

it has the exact same colour, stitching and buttons. it also fits slightly tighter on paul, who outweighed john at that time by a few pounds, which points toward it being the same shirt and not, say, two of the same make. 

it’s unclear who the shirt originally belonged to, only that hey jude was filmed by michael lindsay-hogg before revolution on the same day:

“They arrived at the studios at 1.30pm and worked until evening. The set, at the studio’s stage one, had been assembled over the previous three days. Only The Beatles’ lead and backing vocals were recorded live, although instruments and amplifiers were set up. The Musicians’ Union had placed a ban on miming, and the live vocals were attempt to hide this. The completed films - two for each song, both in colour - were directed by Michael Lindsay-Hogg, whom had worked with The Beatles on the clips for Paperback Writer and Rain in 1966.

meaning that at one point during the filming on 4 september 1968, john presumably switched shirts with paul.

The actual weapons used by Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold on display at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds, February 26, 2004. The majority of the items displayed include the pump action shotguns, pipe bombs, and multiple knives each carried during the attack on Columbine on April 20, 1999.  

In the last image you can see the fake guns used during ‘Radioactive Clothing’. Other photos contain objects they possessed but may not have used during the attack.
