Imperfection is beauty. . So I was listening to the soundtrack of The hunchback of notre dame (while I was supposed to be studying) and I felt like this song is weirdly relevant. Also it's beautiful and I needed an excuse for doodling (again. should be studying.) 📕🎶

. Day 7: "The Day" Obviously the best day is Christmas for me. Always has been and probably will be for a long time. Everything's fuzzy and warm and merry and bright. It's also something (semi-)grown up me has not lost yet which I'm very happy about even though it's cheesy and emotional which is very unlike me. Also can we just appreciate the torture of holiday photo-taking my brother and I had to go through? #thanksmom

#childhoodweek2017 Day 6: "Future": For today's prompt I thought about how easy the future seems when you're really young. Everything seems possible and as if you can be anyone and anything you want to be. You will hardly hear a child speak about how realistic their options for the future are and that's the nice thing about being a kid. I think it's good to be reminded of that as you get older and maybe revive some of that carelessness. 💫

#childhoodweek2017 Day 3: "Secret" I loved secrets! Especially adults' secrets. As a child I spent hours just sitting and listening when my mum was talking to her friends, or when the whole family was together and chatting. Of course I didn't always understand everything that was discussed and that's when my mind went lose and the imagination ran wild. I just made up the parts of the stories I didn't hear or understand...so if there's anyone writing chronicles of our family I'm not the most reliable source 😂🙈

#childhoodweek2017 Day 4: "Treasures" I guess it's no surprise that my childhood treasure were books.My younger, red-headed, bespectacled self spent whole weekends inside behind a book, shutting out the world around her (which is still my favourite hobby tbh...#introvertthings) 📚

So I decided to participate in part 2 of #childhoodweek2017 🎉 (don't worry this time it's 7 days, not 100 again) 🙈 I missed day one because I wasn't sure, but here I am. @beatrice.blue thank you for creating this gorgeous thing. So here's day 2: "Music" I don't remember a particular kind of music of my childhood, but the feeling music always gave me (and still does) I remember very well. It made me dream of magical places and imagine incredible stories. 🎶
