update

sorry I’ve been gone so long. Last year I went through a mental breakdown that led me to a terrible head space and by the time I got help I got put in the hospital for 5 days. I was diagnosed with bipolar 2 disorder and social anxiety disorder they got me on medications to help and i followed up with bi weekly therapy and monthly Psychiatrist appointments. I can say i’m a tiny bit better but it depends on what kind a day it is. So I plan to be active again on here, I hope y’all are doing well <3
