“Oh somewhere between here and there” he said lightly, his eyes on the clouds passing by “You’re not from around here are you?” he asked calmly “I’ve never encountered anyone in this land before…it’s strange, I thought that i’d be even mildly shocked to see someone and yet…” he shrugged lightly “I feel not even the slightest bit of surprise at your appearance.”

He turned his head slightly to examine her, looking her up and down before turning his gaze away once more.  ”I must advise you to not stay too long in this land…it starts to get to you after a few weeks.  If at all possible, go back to where you came from…you’ll be much better off there than you will be here.  It’s dangerous”

Toeto felt a little confused. He still hasn't told her where she was but she took in Wander's advice and got up and brushed the grass and dirt off her skirt. The brunette looked around a just saw open land. There were no building, it was just this massive field. 

She frowned not knowing which direction home was. So Toeto turned back to look at the other. "Which way do I go to get to Arbor?" She asked as she was willing to travel back on her own. The young girl was certain that she would be fine on her own. Wander made it seem like it was more dangerous staying where she was.

 Her eyes lowered with ease, relaxed. No longer needing to be the way she was. After all she had to protect her house, which was the only reason she acted the way she did. She walked forward as she spoke “Don’t apologize  If any one was lost this would be the best place considering its in the middle of the town” She let out a small sighed “Lightning” She said briefly holding out her hand to great her

The brunette heard a softer tone come from the pinkette. She stopped to catch a glimpse of the woman's eyes. The glare had dissolved and her eyes were gentle, no longer harsh. 

The younger fully turned to face Lightning. "--T-Toeto." She replied as she slowly reached out for the pinkette's extended arm. "Where am I?" She asked timidly.

“Oh, that’s okay! We can do something else, like uhm… Oh we can play a game if you’d like! Or we can collect shells on the shores of Iyokono!” the priestess suggested. “That’s fun to do!”

Toeto's eyes seemed so distant even though she was listening to the other closely. She didn't really know what to say. No one had really talked to her recently never mind asked her to do something fun. She nodded. "Toeto will follow." It seemed like an appropriate answer to poor Toeto.

He pressed a hand to a nearby tree, running his hand along the bark before pressing to fingers to his lips and whistling loudly.  He stood waiting for a few moments before chuckling and shaking his head.  ”That’s right…you’ve been gone for some time now….how silly of me.”  It had been so long now, things had changed since his time in the Forbidden Land.

“You know…you don’t have to hide” he called out to the girl hiding her presence from him “I’m not going to hurt you you know” he sighed sitting down and resting against the tree as he picked at the grass for a few minutes.

The brunette stayed silent and popped her head out to see the man now resting and playing with the grass. She tiptoed around the tree to emerge from hiding. She blinked twice as she realised that she was not in a her usual environment. 

The younger then laid her eyes on the stranger. She somehow felt calm. It was the tree. It was so familiar. In fact it was an exact replica to her tree, her hiding place. Still feeling a little weary from her nap, she crouched down to sit next to the other. 

"---W-Where am I?" She asked breaking the silence.

The young girl saw that nobody was around. She smiled and looked skyward. She strolled gracefully and twirled a little, almost like a ballerina dancing to a melancholy song. She was living inside her head. A world where it was just her. 

As she was not looking ahead inevitably she bumped into someone which pulled her back to the real world. Her eyes which filled with wonder reduced to emptiness once more as she was reminded that her perfect universe was unreachable. 

"--S-Sorry." She bowed with respect.

It was a summers day and the brunette had fallen into a light slumber under the protection of the tree. She let her mind wander and she dreamt about flying, soaring through the air  forgetting about everybody. Just her and the clouds, nobody could hurt her.

The light sleeper was interrupted by a crack of a twig. Startled she reacted quickly and leaped up to hide behind the tree. Her deep blue hues saw a man dressed in strange clothes. She blinked twice hoping that he didn't see her.

The Oracle was sitting on the ground, twiddling her thumbs as she heard someone approach.

“Oh, hello! It seems a lot of people have been coming here lately. Do you want fortunes as well? Oh, silly me~ That’s probably the only reason you came. Well, please sit down, ask me a question and i’ll tell you your future!” The priestress giggled joyfully, glad someone came to her shrine.

The girl did as she was told and sat down. she sat up straight and placed her hands on her knees. The brunette blinked twice.
