oct 2019 - “standing still” In October, I felt the most unraveled. I lost control of myself - of my goals, my drive, my progress. It was very much like experiencing the downhill part of a rollercoaster. I struggled to compose myself at times. I let it all fall apart. The world had asked me to give more than I could; but I had simply run out and could no longer provide. But there were little moments, where I felt like myself again and those moments are definitely something to be grateful for. I’m going into this next month feeling hopeful, motivated, refreshed...and READY.
