Parsa made a historical claim, and as any decent journalistic/fact-checking organisation would do (it’s in the NAME, the organisation is called PolitiFACT), they peer-reviewed his research and interviewed dozens of historians to figure out if the claim was true. Not only did they support his claim they added historical evidence to the pile, so now there’s even more evidence NEXT time someone tries to claim the majority of the Founding Fathers of the USA weren’t giant disgusting slave-owning piggish hypocrites. Their research is also presented differently, in a spreadsheet, to make the information easier to access than a twitter thread.
