THE BLOOMSLANG SNAKE

They have large teeth at the back of their mouths. To inject the prey, they have to open their mouths an astonishing 170 degrees. What the venom does is the worst part. The venom is hemotoxic so it destroys red blood cells. It causes tissues and organs to degenerate. Many blood vessels rupture, causing the victim to bleed from gums, nose and other openings. Sometimes the body of the victim will turn blue because of widespread internal bleeding. The process can be extremely slow, sometimes taking 5 days for the victim to die of internal bleeding. 

Thankfully, there’s antivenum for this.
