Top 5 Social Media Etiquettes
1. Fill in your information and biography fully – this is great for helping people understand a bit more about your business and what it does exactly. For example; your real name, photo and also furthermore information about your specialised business.
2. Use a different profile and account for personal use – never use your business account to share personal issues or problems, customers don’t want to know about what happened when your washing machine started flooding your house.
3. Offer valuable information – if you’re a small business and trying to help customers out with small tips and tricks with the new product make sure its valuable and the truth and not something that will help them break or ruin the product.
4. Pick a screen name that makes the business look good – you don’t want customers calling you by your screen name if its ‘ilovepandas123’! Especially if it has no relevance to the business.
5. Don’t post anything that can give the company a bad name – this meaning don’t post useless things that has no relevance to the business and has no use for the clients only post useful things that benefit the business and customers. Keep posts like that for your personal account.
Hope everyone has a nice day... :)
