Hnikarr Tenebrae is 18 years old, and was diagnosed with dissociative identity disorder, delusional disorder, and foreign accent syndrome. He is said to look like Aneurin Barnard.

Hnikarr led a fairly normal life. His mother left him, his brother, and his father when he was four and his sibling was six, but that didn’t affect his life very much - the three of them were still fairly well-off. While his father wasn’t home very often, given that he had to travel for work, he was happy all the same. All his time alone - for he rarely interacted with his brother outside of the house - taught him how to manage himself, he figured. If he got into trouble, he’d have to get himself out of it, which his father assumed was the best way to teach the boy. Everything went well for him, even when his father got him sent off to boarding school. There, he found himself among friends, even though he was only around A rumor started, somewhere along the way, but it was harmless, or so he thought. People that he invited over saw the large television set in his shared room, along with a safe in the corner, and assumed that he was loaded with money. They were wrong, of course, but no one would’ve thought that his quiet roommate was the rich one. One girl thought she’d try to get some of his money, but not by stealing it - by causing trouble for him. She got close to him, and was by his side almost every day. Before long, he wound up accidentally running into her, which was bound to happen eventually. Barely an hour later, her family filed a complaint, stating that he’d been following her and had even touched her inappropriately. Unlike most would have, though, they didn’t go to the principal, or to anyone on campus - instead, they went straight to the police. Hnikarr was pulled out of his classes by the local police for several hours, and was interviewed extensively. One of the officers - Lieutenant Davis - was assigned to monitor him over the course of the next few weeks while the situation started to die down. Once things seemed to have righted themselves again, the policeman returned to duty, and the teenager’s life settled back into a regular routine. Only fourteen at the time, though, the accusation started to eat into his personal life. Girls were afraid to hang out with him, and boys were skeptical of him - no one believed he was truly innocent, although the case against him had been dropped. Before long, he found himself alone, with no one to talk to. His new found free time was used to monitor the officer that had accompanied him over the last two months. He often found himself at the lieutenant’s favorite coffee shop, or at the corner of where the officer worked, but they never spoke. Hnikarr kept a safe distance between them, not wanting to be noticed. This habit of following Lieutenant Davis quickly became an obsession. He wanted to be closer. It started with rummaging through the officer’s trash, and - over the course of the next two years - escalated to lurking inside his apartment and waiting for him to come home. Eventually, Hnikarr couldn’t keep himself away any longer. One night, while the lieutenant was showering, he set the apartment on fire. While waiting in the backyard, watching the flames and smoke rise, he was arrested. Lieutenant Davis escaped the situation unharmed, but the teenager was incarcerated. His father payed bail for him and hired a lawyer, but never showed up for the trial, instead focusing on leaving his brother out of the loop. The lawyer managed to get him a psychiatric evaluation, which led to the diagnosis of Delusional Disorder. He was quickly shipped off to the nearest psychiatric holding facility - more commonly known as a center for the criminally insane. While there, he suffered a fall down the steps that led to a mild concussion and the development of Foreign Accent Syndrome. Shortly after, the facility closed down, but he was shipped off to another nearby location, that being the Eichen House.
