the vet and the owl

finally doodled little au my friend & I came up with! nothing too complicated, just vet Camila and owl handler Eda • camila got a call from local zoo to check up on their owls • she gets there, sees an owl handler in the enclosure and goes “huh that must be the zoo employee” • they have a banter, the “owl lady” hands in owlbert for a check-up • next day camila calls to tell that the lady can come pick up owlbert, he’s good (”did she give give only so she could give me her number? nah”) • camila: come pick your owl up eda: oh okay cool thanks! but I’m kinda busy at the moment, I’m at the police station camila: …why eda: nothing *hangs up* • evening of the same day, knock on the door • eda: hi! I’m here to collect owlbert camila: there. so, why were you at the police station? eda: oh, just got arrested for breaking into the zoo camila: eda: so yeah thanks for the chat aND check-up, gotta go! *police sirens in the distance* | ❤ do not repost without permission ❤ |
