Zuko just rolls with it. I mean yeah, kinda strange, but they travel with the Avatar and he personally travelled for several years before that in a world occupied by spirits and various cultures with unique bending abilities. On top of that he doesnt know enough about waterbending to say for sure whether bloodbending is odd or just advanced, like lightening bending, just the best can do it. Of course he has no trouble believing Katara could pull it off, and like, how do you ask about it later anyway?

"Hey yeah, I know you still might not trust me or heck even tolerate me, but that thing where you were super angry and literally warped the body of your opponent under your control...can like all waterbenders do that or...?"
