Alrighty just to get things up and running, here’s one of the scenarios I had:

Naruto voyeurism NSFW scenario
Much to your dismay and horror, the speculation that lingered with Naruto’s mischievous actions weighed at the back of your mind with an awful appeal. It didn’t take very long to succumb to the temptation and at the fraction of willingness, Naruto jumped at the first opportunity to take you again.
Not halfway back to your house and he’s convinced you with enthusiasm that’s driven by his neglected arousal, and you’re back in an alley. You feel like you should feel accustomed to this, and you do. And it feels so lewd.
He’s giddy at this notion, feels like he’s the luckiest guy on earth and not for the first time that day. To have you like this again is more than he could ever ask for, and he barely has his pants down his hips before he’s pressing into you again.
The entrance startles you but you have no need to adjust. Though not completely prepared since your last scandalous endeavor, your nerves overcome the need for sufficiency and you buck back into him for purchase.
His cheeky smile is telling of his fervor and he wastes no time, thrusting into you fast and hard from the start to reach the pinnacle he’s desperate for.
Shit, you think, shit shit shit. After the earlier humiliation, you thought you would have learned better. He’s taking you over an old crate by the side of a tea shop, and this cover is even less effective than the previous alley. You even think attention is bound to be drawn to the two of you with the way the crate knocks against the side of the shop. Your eyes flicker to each side of the visible street. There’s a book shop directly in front of you, yards away, but it seems relatively empty and you decide to fix your eyes on the ground to save yourself the hysteria.
Naruto keeps his eyes shut tight, too lost in the pleasure to care about his surroundings, hoping you’ve taken up that task. It’s by coincidence Kiba comes across what he’s searching for. He only meant to catch up to Naruto, ask him just how he convinced you to go along with what you did, maybe tease him a little, but he didn’t expect to find this.
Luckily his reflexes are sharper than before, calloused by his previous reaction, and he steps back to the cover of the wall, peeking over to see if what he’s seeing is real. Does Naruto never learn?
Sakura, assumingly for the sake of her teammate, had made Kiba and Ino promise not to gossip about the incident. But now, how could he not? He wouldn’t be going back on his promise, this was after all, a separate incident.
Kakashi has always tried to ignore the trivialities of Konoha life, especially when it came to his students. He’s not surprised to see Kiba causing a fuss among the graduates, but what draws him in is the excited intent in his voice and the eagerness in his step.
He tries to convince himself not to let the concern get to him, but it does. When he follows Kiba and his posse, consisting of Sakura, Tenten, and Team 10, he ponders the situation. It’s Shikamaru’s presence that arouses Kakashi’s curiosity. The Nara boy is not one easily stirred, which begs the question of what exactly is so imperative.
When he arrives at the book shop, he doesn’t know what to think. He’s still retaining his obscurity behind the front door, and he wonders why the six of them seem to have no idea of the meaning behind covertness. Some of them are trying, at least, pretending to browse the books, peeking up through the window every so often. It’s Kiba and Choji who give it no thought; they stand right at the window and stare out.
Kakashi follows their eyes, across the street and down a shallow alley, right behind a box of crates. Seeing you and Naruto doesn’t impact him in a way that he knows it should. All thoughts cease momentarily, then when his mind can work again he only thinks, surprising, but not surprising.
Naruto thrusts up into you again with a little too much vigor and your chest skids harshly across the crate. It chafes your skin like something fierce but you hold back the need to cry out. Naruto’s movements occupy your mind anyway, the pleasure defeats all other concerns.
Already experienced, you find it’s easier to settle with the exposure. It gives you an odd sense of security, even though you know that’s probably not rational. If only you knew.
Kakashi can’t tear his eyes away for some reason. He’s not exactly deriving anything significant from this, just curiosity. Vulgar as it is, he considers it a natural thing. If it were up to him, maybe he wouldn’t have chosen such an open place, especially knowing there were more than a few eavesdroppers among the graduates.
His rationality kicks in and looks away. Repulsion picks at his brain but he puts it aside for now in favor of focusing on the students. By this point, most have given up their cover, no longer fluctuating between the books and Naruto’s exhibition. Now they all stare, only fidgeting and averting their eyes when they notice one another’s fixation. Good, Kakashi thinks. They should feel ashamed.
Not wasting time or feeling hesitant, he walks right into the shop, not surprised that he goes unnoticed until he speaks.
“So,” he begins, and everyone jumps, “what’s everyone doing here all at once?”
He’s surprised Kiba doesn’t fly out of his skin with the speed in which he whirls around. Every one else comes to attention, only Shikamaru catches his cool in a fraction of a second. But even then, he doesn’t know what to say.
Sakura opens her mouth but Kakashi speaks before she can process an excuse.
“I don’t think it’s very proper of you all to be here spying like you are,” he says. “I’m sure you could be doing other things, no?”
“Spying?” Kiba blurts, feigning his best look of alarm. “No, we’re just—“
“Whatever it is,” Kakashi interrupts, “seeing as how no one here excels in confidentiality, I don’t think it would be a good idea to continue.”
No one speaks, they’re all burning with the embarrassment of being caught—which they now realize is hypocritical given what they’re doing—and don’t know what move to make.
Kiba seems like he’s about to protest, but Shikamaru moves first, calmly walking past the group and out the door. “How about everyone just pretend this never happened,” he says on his way out.
It shocks everyone back to reality and they suddenly adhere to the wave of disgust and guilt. Sakura is the first to follow Shikamaru, ignoring the eyes of her sensei and practically dashing out once out of his range. Slowly, everyone else files out at once, a mutual consensus seemingly taking priority over their need to pry.
Kakashi glances over his shoulder to see a few of them, Kiba and Ino in particular, trying to steal one last peek at you and Naruto before they have to follow the majority.
Kakashi gives it another moment before he’s sure the coast is clear. He wouldn’t want them to hold him to this endeavor, but even he admits this is too inviting to ignore.
He settles behind a shelf of scrolls, one hand in his pocket, nonchalant as ever. It takes a few moments of determination before he raises his eyes to the scene across the street.
He’s sure you’re satisfied, but it looks as if your movements are too harsh and too erratic, though by account of Naruto’s thrusts. He’s thankful you’re clothed; he’d feel a little too corrupt if he witnessed that. It’s enough he’s come across his student and their lover like this, but to be purposely spying on them… He wonders if he’s been reading too many of Jiraiya-sama’s books.
He takes it more as a critique, like he’s evaluating his student’s abilities. Actually, that makes it all the worse. That sounds gross. But there’s no other excuse he can conjure up.
Maybe he wants to know the way it works, how one is supposed to indulge in this kind of thing. Of course all the Icha Icha should have honed his tastes, made it apparent why he couldn’t look away from this.
The fact he sent the others away under the reprimanding of obscenity should ring the hypocritical bells in his head, but it doesn’t. He sees it as saving their innocence, assuming they had any left after this incident.
He sees Naruto drive into you particularly hard and the expression on your face is captivating. It’s so wanton and in turn, he feels ashamed. You’ve always been just an acquaintance of Kakashi’s, maybe a little more on account of your relationship with Naruto. He’d never imagined that he would see you like this, the lines of your face etched into pleasurable turmoil and desperate need.
It’s a real shell-shock, he doesn’t know what to think or how to feel. All he can focus on is the way your body undulates with Naruto’s motions, how concentrated the boy looks. Maybe he should have disappeared as soon as the others left. Maybe he should disappear now, but his feet are planted to the floor and he feels he’d regret it if he did leave. He feels so awful, he always felt that Jiraiya-sama’s voyeuristic endeavors were in poor taste, but now here he is.
It’s not that he derives pleasure from watching this, at least he thinks so. It’s just fascinating that Naruto would be so bold, that you would. He never knew you had it in you.
Naruto’s pace loses precision and he’s jerking into you now, fighting the last ends of his endurance so he can indulge his climax. You’ve already found your orgasm, limbs shaking and vision going white. It takes all your will to put down a necessary whimper, but Naruto isn’t so composed and he comes with a loud groan.
From his place in the shop, Kakashi swears he can hear it, but he pushes that thought away as you two simmer down from your climax. A sense of relief fills him that’s probably not as immense as what you’re feeling, but he’s glad it’s over so he can finally tear his eyes away.
He doesn’t want to sit around and watch the aftermath, he thinks he’s seen enough and figures he shouldn’t be caught in the area should one of you happen to notice.
The feeling returns to his legs and he’s finally able to drag himself out of the shop, conscience full of indecencies that he’s sure he’ll never eradicate.
