Chelsea (REDRUM!) is no stranger to this award, but that doesn't make it any less deserved. Chelsea has put so much work and effort into Hall of Heroes since she moved almost the whole forum over to jcink by herself. She has also created this beautiful skin you all get to enjoy. Besides all of that, she continues to do a wonderful job running the awards section, contributing to the staff team, and staying on top of things.
