I logged in my longest run today 🏆🏆🏆 6k in 50mins 😥 which is really slow, i know, but still, it's a huge progress for me. I remember I couldn't run around the block in highschool or in college. So what helped me was taking my dog with me. 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾At first I just wanted to save time and exercise her at the same time I exercised myself 😉 but now I feel that my runs are so much more fun when she's with me. She is ecstatic to wake up at 6:30, leave the house when it's still dark, run 50 mins with no apparent purpose and then walk some more home 🤣🤣🤣 #doglove (at Stadionul Național)

Basic lunch: sauerkraut, avocado, sweet potato, black beans and broccoli. Very easy to cook / cut 😁. Nutritious & delicious #noexcuses (at Bucharest, Romania)

3 years ago we were in this truly unreal place - Iceland - ❄️❄️❄️☃️☃️☃️ vegan options were quite limited here 😐 we lived on chips and bad vegan pizza ... But hey ... The nature was a m a z i n g #throwback (at Jökulsarlón)

As @vegan.veve (check out her IG & YT channel) was saying, smoothie season is over! I'm having one of my last smoothies of the summer since Bucharest is getting really cold and I'm craving apple pie oatmeal🍲 Hopefully the elimination diet I'm on will be over soon 🤞🍀 and I will be returning to having oats, wheat, nuts and seeds, which I truly miss.
