Hi there, here’s the intro for Eli, and if you’re wishing to plot with him, feel free! And same goes for any starters posted, you’re more than welcome to establish connections. Enough of my blabber, here’s Eli.
Eli was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY.
He was closer to his mother than his father, and it was mostly because she was around for most of his development. His father would often work nights for an internet security business, and so it lead to him not being around during the day aside from walking into the house when Eli was waking up in the morning. Eli’s mother was a work-from-home coder for a hospital, and was around as a support system for Eli, and she could sense he wasn’t exactly getting the right amount of attention from his father, and so she did what she could to make his life better. Whenever she could talk to her husband, she would attempt to bring up her husband’s lack of care and lack of being around but he would often ignore it and never try to change for the better.
During his childhood, he found solace in art. His drawing skills were what he put most of his emotions into. It was his therapy and he found himself drawn to crowds in school dedicated to art. It was his way to avoid his family issues.
Growing up, he started to rebel against his father due to the lack of attention he had from him. It grew to the point of once he was sixteen he was dreaming up ways to get him out of his life forever and one of those ways was moving away. Ways he decided to rebel against his dad were waiting until he got home to start arguments, staying out late with his friends, and hanging around bad influences which he saw as good influences. Those friends got him into stick and poke tattoos, and later on he had dreams to create beautiful works of art and tattoo them on people. He often researched how to get a tattoo apprenticeship and later become a reputable artist.
Which Eli later decided to pursue his dream to leave at the age of eighteen, and he decided to live in his car for quite a while while he was trying to gather stable ground and start over in a new place. He moved all over the states before finding Denver.
He headed to Denver about a year later after hearing from a few people he met along the way saying it could be a great place for a new start. And he decided to head that way.
He found a few opportunities to become a tattoo apprentice and he gladly took one of them and decided to work up the ladder to later on open his own tattoo studio five years down the line.
This is all I have for now, but I have a few wanted connections for Eli:
Tattoo artists he’s friends with
Tattoo artists he’s not friends with (maybe enemies/competition?)
Partners in crime
Good influence
Friends with benefits
Honestly anything????
But for real, if you have any connections you feel your character/my character might fit, feel free to message me!!
