Ingredients: 1 lb white fish fillets. 2 tbsp chipotle powder. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 lime, juiced. 1 cup shredded lettuce. 1/2 cup diced tomatoes. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. 8 small corn tortillas. Salt and pepper to taste. Vegetable oil for frying.
Instructions: Season the fish fillets with chipotle powder, salt, and pepper. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and lime juice to make a sauce. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
