We are moving!
Our rapidly expanding team means we have outgrown our current space but fear not we are keeping it local, you wont have to travel far to find us, we are moving in to the brand new development right next door at Dulwich Green!
Progress is being made quickly for us to hit the ground running in Jan- here is a sneaky peek of our gorgeous new space ....
Meet the team!
This Monthâs Homie is Isabell Grady.
Isabell is one of our very talented Project Architects.
She is currently undertaking a Masters in Architecture at The University of Sydney, graduating at the end of this year.
She has worked on residential, urban and public building projects at uni and her Final project was a childcare centre and nightclub on Oxford Street.
Isabell is a super sweet, hardworking, focused and pivitol member of our Design team!
When she is not watching her fave tv shows on Netflix, she is using her âsmartsâ to tutor maths to primary & high school kids on the weekends.
Isabell is always looking at new and innovative ways of designing and detailing and we have no doubt she will continue to succeed and grow in her craft- Â Watch this space!
How Long Does it Take to Build A New Home?
Building a new home? One of the most exciting and (letâs be real honest here) most testing processes. You want your home to function well while still suiting the style and character of your family. One of the earliest and most common questions one asks entering this process is how long will it take to build? A single home averages at 7 months to be built. However, like most things in life, âit dependsâ but one thing we know for sure is that eliminating variables makes for a smooth journey i.e: new builds are always less complicated than renovations and extensions.
Sydney Home Show 2017
Itâs a wrap! The Sydney Home Show 2017 was a blast! Our team had a such a great time & connected with so many people. A huge thankyou to everyone who helped make this a success! We were thrilled to connect with so many families and hear about their exciting ideas for their homes. Home Impact was also nominated as a finalist for stand of the year, and we also had the pleasure of writing an article packed with expert advise for the Official Home Show magazine!

Pools are always high on our client's wish list & this is one we are currently installing. Watch our MD Sam take u through what actually goes into the early stages of pool construction. We cant wait to share the finished product once its complete. Stay tuned for updates!
MEET THE TEAM!
This weekâs Homie is Eboney Sheehan (or EB as we like to call her)
Our Contracts Administrator & efficiency expert! With a wealth of experience behind her in the construction, WHS, finance and admin and customer service sectors, she certainly enhances the teamâs capabilities.
She loves a good laugh and is well known and loved for her dry (albeit slightly inappropriate) sense of humour and extensive knowledge of random facts!
Eboney loves going to the gym, playing netball & cats and is by far the most organised member of our team - and absolutely cannot live without her fortnightly manicure!
Renovate or Detonate?
Owning property in Sydneyâs exploding real estate market is becoming less of reality for young house hunters. The rising popularity of DIY TV renovation shows are convincing those who do own homes that a quick and easy renovation will solve their lack of space issues, and add value to their home.Â
