Some folders with some great births
oh lord that belly….i wish i was that full right now
any and every momma can dm me how hard they pushed during their first childbirth :) i’d love to hear the story momma :)
Mom didn't make it to the hospital, so she had to give birth standing up.
So much pushing to get it crowned, only to have it pop out within seconds. Just how I enjoy it!
yes. I want that
Ask me birth questions!
I love birth and being coached through contractions. Ask me anything. I love unmedicated, at home, long, and natural
Labour & Birth prompts.
“Lean on me. I’m right here, I’m not going anywhere.”
“Each contraction is one step closer to baby.”
“My water broke!”
“Oh, I think I wanna push.”
“It burns!”
“I’m pushing!”
“Feels like the baby’s going to fall out of me.”
“I think I need to push! Drive faster!”
“Just breathe, okay? Deep breaths and just listen to your body.”
“Please hold my hand, I can’t do this without you.”
“I’m feeling a lot of pressure.”
“I can see the head!”
“I can feel the head!”
“I can’t move. I have to push.”
“Hnnnngggghhhh!”
“We’re not going to make it. Baby’s coming now.”
“I can’t be in labour.”
“I want to feel!”
“I want you to deliver them.”
“Contractions are two minutes apart.”
“You’re doing so good.”
“I know it hurts but you have to push.”
“You’ve almost done it, just a few more.”
“Don’t push!”
“I can’t do this!”
“You’re so strong.”
“Wake up! It’s time!”
“I had to push, I’m sorry!”
“I just want to hold them already.”
“There’s another one!”
“Are you pushing?!?”

if she doesn’t scream when she pushes out your baby, you’re not a real man🙂↕️
“just like that baby.... there’s my good girl, just like that”
When the head’s almost too big and it’s way too late for an epidural, just remember, there’s only one way to end the pain: keep your legs spread wide around your belly and push as hard as you can every contraction, no matter how bad it hurts. Eventually, you will struggle that overdue head out. Of course, that does mean those broad shoulders are about to ram right into your very sore perineum, but that’s a problem with a very similar solution.
