Hi, I spent a long time being self conscious about my face and forehead, so I’m gonna try forcing myself out of that by having short hair in the hopes I’ll get used to seeing my whole face at any given time. Hopefully it works and I’m not as hideous as my body dysmorphia is telling me I am right now. But I do love my new haircut thanks to @djecosmetology!! I made this post on my story but I’m really proud of where I’m going with my body. I was always really self-conscious about how my stomach and arms looked and would always style myself in such a way they were less obvious. But since taking action and working out 4 times a week and watching what I eat (no fast food, no soda, eating smaller portions, etc) I’m noticing I have a lot more energy and my body looks more balanced.
