Here’s my tags and some small explanations:

Ponysonas: General mlp OCs and designs of characters/performers as ponies I’ve made

NonPonysonas: ponysonas that aren’t ponies but still fit into the canon of mlp (dragons, changlings, breezies etc) that I’ve made

FriendSonas: Ponysonas I made either for or with the help of an irl friend of mine, these will usually have full character and bio sheets attatched to them

Personals: Personal OCs I made that aren’t attatched to a fanbase or person but just an original I made for fun, you’ll probably be seeing them quite often here

Pony Posting: General pony content, including fanart, official art, discussion pieces and so on. This will include other peoples pony OCs, fanart, and pony fan designs

The sisters! A pair of ponies who love extreme sports, sticky sweets, wild parties and traveling. Masquerade speeds through the skies while Mimic masters speed on land. The two are thick as thieves, constantly competing for first place. Big fans of scheming, they don’t always play fair or get along with each other. They are inseparable from each other.

The twins, Bright Eyes and Sweet Stuff. Two shy, sleepy candy makers who babysit the foals often. Sweet Stuff is mostly blind, meaning she leans on her sister often for site.

Gingerbread is the soft spoken baker tucked away in a Cantorlot alleyway. She likes her spices and warm honeys. Shes always dusted with flour or edible glitter. She’s incredibly shy which makes it hard for her to run her parent’s business on her own. Fans of Gingerbread’s work are steady and loyal. She’s currently trying to find the secret, magical ingredient her grandmother used in all her recipes. It makes anypony who takes a bite feel all warm and fuzzy inside

Fizzy is a fantastic drink master and roller skate diner waitress. She likes ponyville, but dreams of being a bartender in Las Pegasus. Only problem, she’s not a Pegasus! She’d fall right through the clouds. Until she finds a way to make it work, Fizzy will put in application after application to be the princess’s new favorite milkshake maker.

Galaxy, a g1 character I adapted for a g4 style.

Galaxy is an astronomy loving unicorn. Galaxy and her wife during the day work odd jobs, but at night, take their telescopes out for a date with the stars. They split peanut butter and banana sandwiches, colorful rock candy, and on special occasions, fermented cider. If they’re lucky, they’ll catch a shooting star 💫

I’ve done it! I’ve officially made a ponysona I am proud of! I have a tattoo of wings on my back so I felt a little dumb realizing Pegasus would suit me.

After a wing injury sustained as a school colt in Cloudsdale, Nimble Thimble had to move to Ponyville. Their right wing never fully recovered from the accident. It no longer fully closes and hurts after too much strain, meaning this Pegasus is a land dweller for good.

This injury led Nimble Thimble to trying out a bunch of hobbies before discovering their passion for sewing and fashion design. They now study with an entire class under Rarity as couture seamsters.

During this time as a student, Nimble Thimble met Quark. Quark was a science and ecology student with an interest in birds. The two hit it off well and now regularly go on dates in the park, museums and nights in, cooking dinner.

Nimble Thimble loves breakfasts at Sugar Cube Corner, apples, animal costumes, the Crystal-Celestial war history and finding interesting things at flea markets and vintage shops.

Happy Valentine's Day!

Which, if any, of your OCs would you consider a "truesona" or self-insert?

Technically, this is my ponysona:

They’ve also been green and pink. My problem is that I just don’t really identify with it :/ I just don’t know what I’d be as a pony.

Personally, my self-insert is Miss. Blue Heart. Shes so wildly different from me, but I adore her. Shes in her 50s, shes tubby, she’s divorced, she’s a terrible baker, she’s a social worker, she’s a bit boy crazy for the Wonderbolts… I just think she’s cute.
