With the school year starting up soon, new students, transfers and returning students were starting to roll in, which meant crowded halls in the dorms. Being the ever nice guy he felt like being now and then, patiently waited near the entrance of his dorms to see if anyone needed any sort of help getting their stuff up to the dorm room.
Mostly everyone seemed to have had it handled already, either already having a friend help out or having doting parents still trailing behind them. He began to assume he probably wouldn’t be needed until he noticed a strawberry blonde struggle to keep some boxes balanced.
He quickly moved and reached out for a few things before they fell, putting them in his arms and smiling softly at the girl.
“You shouldn’t carry so many things all at once or you’ll end up breaking something. Let me help you out a bit.”
