So sick!
First real road ride after a week of moving. Felt pretty good but need to regain fitness back for a century in less than 2 weeks!
How Bicycles can save Rural America
I like the idea :)
Tour of Utah 2011 Queen’s Stage. I never saw this, but it is so amazing…
One of the many reasons why cycling is beautiful.
Les Ninjas du Japon
This is a film about 5 semi-professional young Japanese cyclists traveling to Burkina Faso, in Africa, to participate in the most important African stage race – The Tour Du Faso.
It is a film about the clashing of two completely different worlds. The structured, often predictable lives of the young men in the Japanese team, not to mention the cold climate of Japan, are in stark contrast with the African reality.
Nothing could have prepared these young men for the journey that lay ahead. The race turned out to be a grueling emotional and physical experience. Between injuries, illness, communication breakdown with the locals, and 1200 km under a scorching sun on a thick African dust tracks, these men were really tested to the limit.
Calories burned.
Got suckered into doing Lytle Creek for the 2nd time in a row and I got was cramps and headwinds.
