I didn't see this oh my gosh sorry! But just spam past papers and exam practice questions. Honestly, even if you're not 100% on the content, doing the exam questions will make you more confident & you can learn from your mistakes / know your problem areas when you go through the mark scheme. Questions you're continuously getting wrong, you should put them onto flashcards or a question bank and revisit them often so you don't make the same mistake twice.
Often, when I'm in exams I recognise questions that I've seen, but gotten wrong in the past, but because I never bothered to go over the question I would still get that same question wrong. Which is just... losing easy marks.
Personally when I study, I allocate myself a specific TV show (something easy to watch, short episodes 20 min ish & doesn't really require much of your attention span). So whenever I want to study, I play an episode & immediately I start studying instead of procrastinating and putting it off. Weird method but it works! Shows like H2O, or power rangers or something which are pretty repetitive & easy to follow are the best for this. & I make sure to never watch them outside of studying time & if I want to watch it, I have to be studying whilst I watch it.
But yeah, to summarise I go through past papers, find my weak points, relearn those topics & then do extra questions on those topics I find difficult & Repeat! If you need exam questions, you can always find them online or ask your teachers for extra work (you'll seem like a more hardworking student & they'll be easier on you + predict you higher grades if they see your dedication).

if any of my moots struggle with dental hygiene and brushing your teeth heres a list of things that help me because i thought it was a good idea to share :)))))
- the mechanical act of removing plaque is the part that stops bacteria from building up, so brushing with no toothpaste, brushing with a (clean) finger, and rubbing a tshirt or towel on your teeth will all help (while a little gross)
- dont forget to brush your tongue!!!
- mouthwash is really useful because while brushing without toothpaste removes plaque, youre missing out on the fluoride that helps your enamel. even swishing a tiny bit around for like 2 seconds is better than nothing
- try to chew minty gum often, it helps with bad breath and especially after meals its good because it helps with saliva production to flush out food and the act of chewing helps with that too
- have your toothbrush and adjacent items somewhere you’ll easily remember and that dont take much effort to get to. if that means having a travel size bottle of mouthwash and some floss on your nightstand, then do that!! anything that makes it easier for you to get to and to do when youre super tired. teeth stuff isnt just for the bathroom
- if getting motivated to brush your teeth is really hard and youre really tired (or for any other reason) all you have to do is get up and walk to the bathroom. sit on the floor, drink some water, and if you just dont have the mental capacity to deal with a brush and toothpaste in your mouth, you can always just do one thing. floss the bit of food bothering you, get some toothpaste on your teeth and rub it around with your tongue, or scrub with your brush for a few seconds.
- remember that something is always better than nothing, but dont beat yourself up for not being perfect with teeth brushing. i promise your teeth wont rot out of your skull or anything because you forgot or were too tired or depressed to get out of bed. it happens. but doing any small thing to remove some plaque or make your mouth taste not gross is going to help you feel a little less bad

I wish my parents were worse HEAR ME OUT if they were never nice to me, never helped me, never even cared at all, it would be so much easier to think that I might have to let them go if they don’t support me. This on and off bullshit is horrible, I’m tired of loving my parents when they’re being loving or caring or say something rarely actually understanding and then they throw another brick in my face. It’s usually bad, but when it’s NOT bad it’s even worse.
